Chapter Three. The Artist and the Geek

I’m tempted to say that this is the chapter about the meeting of craft and vision, technique and artistry. But the whole book is about that—at no point does one get the spotlight to the exclusion of the other. It’s that very imbalance in photography that needs to be corrected, not encouraged.
