Reassembling packets for playback

Yes, it is possible to assemble the VOIP packets back to listen to either side, or both sides, of communication. Let's suppose I want to listen to the message client 1 at IP 192.168.1.104 sent to client 2 at IP 192.168.1.107. We can use the Telephony menu in Wireshark to reassemble the packets and choose the VOIP Calls option from the list. The following screenshot illustrates the resulting dialog:
