Configuring the Wireless Router

Now that you have finished connecting the router and it’s powered on, you need to tell the router a few things about the home network you want to set up. Out of the box, the wireless router has some default assumptions about what the network should look like, but you need to tailor a few of the options, including what type of broadband service you have, and give a name to your wireless network.

To set up a wireless router, you can access the settings in a couple different ways.
