Saving a Web Page

If a Web page contains important information that you know you’ll want to refer to in the future, you can save the page on your computer. That way, even if the online Web page changes, you’ll still have the original information. The way in which you save the page, however, affects which information will be available when you open it. After you’ve saved the Web page, you can send it to friends and colleagues if you want.

Save a Web Page

  1. Start Internet Explorer if it isn’t already running, and connect to the Internet if you aren’t already connected. Go to the Web page you want to save.

  2. Click the Page button, and choose Save As from ...
