Tracking Multiple Schedules

You can record the schedules for several people and/or projects on separate calendars. Then you can compare the calendars to see whether there are any scheduling conflicts or, alternatively, when you might actually have a little free time.

Create Multiple Calendars

1. If Windows Calendar isn’t already running, start it from the Start menu. Choose New Calendar from th File menu to create a calendar for another person or project, and enter a descriptive name for the calendar.
