Managing Your Messages Automatically

Why not let Windows Mail do some of the work of organizing your e-mail messages? By creating rules, you can tell Windows Mail how you want your messages to be treated, based on subject, content, e-mail addresses, and various other factors.

Create Your Rules

  1. Point to Message Rules on the Tools menu, and choose Mail from the submenu to display the New Mail Rule dialog box.
