Getting Help

What are big and colorful; packed with information, procedures, shortcuts, and links to online information; and sadly underutilized? The Help programs! Of course, they couldn’t possibly replace this book, but you can use them to find concise step-by-step procedures for diagnosing and overcoming problems, and to explore many aspects of managing Windows. You can access Help from the Start menu or from within a program.

Browse the Help And Support Center

  1. Click the Start button, and choose Help And Support from the Start menu to open the Windows Help And Support Center.
