You use Sync Center to keep your offline data in sync with your online data. You can sync data between your computer and portable music players, portable video players, personal digital assistants (PDAs), mobile phones, and Windows Mobile devices. You can also sync between your computer and network folders and compatible programs.

With Sync Center, you can be certain you are always using the most up-to-date files available. This means you’re using the most recent version with the most recent changes. And it doesn’t matter on what type of device you made the changes as long as you use Sync Center to keep it all synced up!
