Backup and Recovery

One of the most important tasks in the IT industry is ensuring that the data and services of a business are safe. Computers, storage, and networking are complex; no matter how many redundancies we install, something can break, and without a working backup—from which we can restore data successfully—we can lose critical information and line-of-business applications.
