Making Applications Available for User Access

Once the base RDS roles are installed and the base RDS systems are configured properly, the collection is ready for the next two steps:

1. Applications that are to be hosted by the RDS farm need to be installed on an RD Session Host server.

2. Users or groups are granted the required privileges to connect to the RD Session Host server and configure RD Licensing, covered in the “Deploying RD Licensing” section later in this chapter.
