Decision Summary
The role servers that can service multiple farms have been designed, sized, and placed for the Terminal Services implementation. Re-examine the design to ensure that every terminal server farm and every user can access the role services they require.
Of the role services addressed in this step, only TS Licensing can be shared with earlier versions of Windows Terminal Services. So a migration from Windows Server 2003 Terminal Services to Windows Server 2008 Terminal Services will involve building a new environment to deliver the terminal server function from the farm, as well as the role services.
