Step Summary
In this step the goals of the project were defined so that they can be applied to the design in the following steps. By clearly understanding the motivation behind the File Services project, appropriate priorities can be established in those steps.
The output from this step will be used in Step 2 to define which files, servers, and clients will be included in the project, and in Step 3 to design the new File Services infrastructure.
