About the Technical Editor
Bob Reinsch is a senior technical trainer for Foss Training Center in Leawood, Kansas. He has been a Microsoft Certified Trainer and Systems Engineer for 10 years, and he resides in Lawrence, Kansas, with his wife and three kids. When he is not in the classroom, consulting on messaging or security matters, or spending time with his family, he can be found either strumming a guitar or building a new one.
