Changing the Power Scheme
There are a number of changes that can be made to the power scheme used by Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008. These settings commonly take into account whether the computer is running on power or on battery. If the computer is running on a battery, conservation often becomes a concern. However, this is not always the case.
