Testing Windows Phone Applications

When your application is complete, you are ready to publish it (unless you have made it only as an exercise). Even if Microsoft were to raise the limit of free applications that you could publish to 100, none of those applications should be useless.

To be installed, your application must be signed by Microsoft with an Authenticode certificate. The best way to obtain an Authenticode certificate is to follow Microsoft's rules and understand the Application Certification Guidelines (which are available at http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9730558).
