Chapter 24. Windows 8 convergence

As mentioned in Chapter 1 the biggest architectural change in Windows Phone 8 is the adoption of a common core platform with Windows 8. This chapter covers how to take advantage of that common core by reusing code across Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8 projects and how to deal with some of the differences that exist between the two platforms.
