Windows Phone Toolkit Lockable Pivot

The Windows Phone Toolkit contains a LockablePivot control that allows a PivotItem to be locked in place so that navigation to other PivotItems is disabled. This allows you to host content, such as a Slider control, that would otherwise be unsuitable for a Pivot because of the Pivot control’s reliance on horizontal panning gestures.

LockablePivot extends Pivot and provides a single public property named IsLocked. When set to true from your code, this property prevents navigation to other PivotItems and hides the adjacent pivot item names within the header.
