Summary

This chapter has been concerned with using WMI to carry out system administration tasks. The first part of the chapter focused on services, demonstrating how WMI objects can be used to retrieve information and control the Win32 Services on a computer. It then moved on to a discussion of the Windows Registry, and demonstrated how WMI can be used to read and manipulate it.
