Most organizations have a mix of high-volume and low-volume, low-cost printers. Typically, the high-volume printers handle the heavy, daily loads of multiple users, and the low-volume, low-cost printers handle the print loads of small groups or individual users. Regardless of usage, the print server needs sufficient memory and processing power to handle the print services.
