Installing SQL Server for Windows CE
When Setup.exe is run from the SQL Server for Windows CE installation disk, a directory is created under "\Program Files" called "Microsoft SQL Server CE." This contains all the binaries required to install on Windows CE devices. The installation process goes on to install data access version 3.1 (which includes ADOCE and ADOXCE) and the following two files on your Windows CE device in the \Windows directory:
SSCE10.DLL
SSCECA10.DLL
