Setting Up Subscriptions

The Web is in a constant state of flux. Not only do new sites pop up all the time, but existing pages change regularly as Webmasters tweak their content. How are you supposed to keep up with the latest and greatest? The hard way is to set up a site as a favorite and then check out the site regularly. That route quickly loses its luster as your Favorites folder fattens up.
