Summary

This chapter showed you how to use two of Windows 98's communications programs. I began by showing you the ins and outs of using Phone Dialer to initiate voice calls via your modem. You also learned how to use HyperTerminal to create connectoids that enable you to dial up online services, bulletin board systems, and even other computers connected directly with a serial cable.
