Summary

This chapter introduced you to the key new feature in Windows 98: Web integration. I began by explaining the rationale behind integrating Windows and the Web. From there, I showed you how to work with Web integration, including how to turn it on and off, how to view a folder as a Web page, and how to create custom Web page views for your folders. I then turned to the Active Desktop and showed you how to work with the desktop Web page and how to add desktop items.
