Editing a Connection’s Settings

When you authorize your Microsoft account to connect with your social network account, you are actually giving permission for several things, depending on the network. For example, in most cases you’re giving permission to access your friend list and to send updates to the network on your behalf. However, some networks offer even more fine-grained control. Facebook, for example, has a half a dozen sharing settings that you can turn on or off separately.

Follow these steps to adjust your settings for a social network connection:

1. Select People to open the People app.

2. In the upper-right corner of the screen, select Connected To. People displays a list of your connected accounts.
