You can configure a user's parental controls to specify the types of video games that user is allowed to play.

If you have kids, chances are, they have a computer — either their own or one shared with the rest of the family — and, chances are, they play games on that computer. Playing games is in itself not a problem, and most games benefit a child's problem-solving skills and eye-hand coordination. However, some games contain content unsuitable for younger children, so supervising game play is best. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to spare the time or the energy to sit beside your child for every gaming session.
