4.9. Add Destinations to Your Send To Menu

You can enhance the value of the Send To menu, making copying files and folders faster, by customizing the menu with your own destinations.

After you right-click a file or folder, you can then click the Send To command to reveal the Windows 7 Send To menu. This handy menu offers a number of destinations, depending on your computer's configuration: Compressed (zipped) Folder, Desktop (create shortcut), Documents, Fax Recipient, and Mail Recipient. You may also see other removable disk drives, such as a recordable CD drive. When you click one of these destinations, Windows 7 sends a copy of the selected file or folder to that location.
