Using an Administrator Account to Change the Password of Another Account

An Administrator account can change the password of any other user on the computer, including another Administrator. If you attempt to do this through User Accounts, a warning message will be displayed, similar to Figure12–27.

Windows Basic, Windows Home Basic, and Windows Home Premium do not support creating EFS (Encrypting File System)-encrypted files.
