Getting Help from the User Community

Sometimes you have a problem that is not in any book and not in the Help and Support Center in Windows. Chances are, among the millions of Windows users out there, others have run into the same problem and somebody has found a solution. There are lots of user forums on the Web for Windows users. You can make use of user forums in several ways:

  • Search for problems and solutions similar to your own.
  • Post your problem and see if somebody else can suggest a solution.
  • Answer other user postings and share your own solutions.
