Using WordPad, Paint, and Accessories
Windows 7 includes many built-in programs and accessories. These programs can be useful tools and aids in helping you become more proficient at using your computer. All of these programs include built-in help systems that explain the features and common tasks. We will show you some tricks and introduce a few small projects that will allow you to explore the features while building important computer skills. While some of these programs may at first appear to be basic “starter” programs, they can be quite useful.
This chapter will cover the following Accessories programs. Table 6–1 explains the different programs.
