Credentials of the last 10 users who have logged on to a system are stored in an encrypted format in a secure area of the Registry. They can be used by Windows 7 if a domain controller is not available to authenticate a user.

Change Permissions

An NTFS permission that allows the user to change other NTFS permissions. By default, users have Change Permissions for all objects they own.

cmdlets

PowerShell built-in commands. They work as mini-programs and are tightly integrated with Microsoft's .NET Framework, giving them many more capabilities than command-line commands.
