Part XI. Appendixes

If you purchased a new computer recently, Windows 7 was probably already installed on it. If your computer is running Windows Vista, however, you'll need to install Windows 7. You have two options for installing Windows 7: upgrade or perform a new installation. Appendix A explains how to upgrade Windows Vista to Windows 7. Appendix B explains how to perform a new installation of Windows 7.

Appendix C rounds out this part, providing a lengthy list of shortcut keys you can use in Windows 7 and in some of the applications that come with Windows 7 as an alternative to using the mouse.
