Chapter 22. Upgrading from Windows NT 4.0

This chapter provides insight into moving to an Active Directory environment from Windows NT 4.0. Moving from Windows NT 4.0 to Windows 2000 and Active Directory is probably the most common migration. Microsoft has spent a bulk of their time preparing for this migration with tools and instructions to make it as simple as possible. Regardless of the environment or system from which you are migrating, the model used for this migration approach is similar to what you would use in any migration.
