Winning teams have a nine key character.

People often refer to winning teams and winning players as having character. What is character? The Oxford dictionary defines character as "all those qualities that make a person, group, or thing what he, she, and it is, and different from others." As such, it's a collection of the nine key characteristics we've described. Remember that these nine keys are not independent entities; they are interactive, interwoven threads comprising the fabric of a winning team. They affect and contribute to each other.
