In the mix of personalities and talent that make up an organization, good chemistry is that positive energy and support that flows between team members. Does chemistry grow out of the team's success, or is the chemistry a factor that creates team success? The answer is usually both. Interviewed after some success, players on winning teams are inclined to say, "I couldn't have done it without the support of the rest of the team." Losers, when asked, sometimes look around, and say something that represents the lack of integration or harmony of the group: "Well, I'm doing my job."
