Rob Goffee, is Professor of Organisational Behaviour at the London Business School. An internationally respected authority on organizational transformation, he has published ten books and more than fifty articles in scholarly and managerial journals. He is a frequent contributor to newspapers and magazines and has appeared as a guest on many radio and television programs on business issues.
