About the Authors
Rob Goffee and Gareth Jones are Europe’s leading experts on organizational culture, leadership, and change. They are past winners of the prestigious McKinsey Award for the best article in Harvard Business Review, “Why Should Anyone Be Led by You?” The huge interest it generated led to a five-year journey exploring authentic leadership. Their book of the same title was the culmination of that research and was published by Harvard Business School Press in 2006. In 2008 their article “Leading Clever People” won a second-place McKinsey Award, and was expanded into a book, Clever, in 2009.
