It was a key question in a survey I gave to the women’s network of a Fortune 500 company.

At the top of their list?

Leadership.

However, when the same 60 executive women were asked to rank their own leadership ability on a scale of 1 to 5 (1 = poor and 5 = outstanding), no one ranked themselves a 5.
