IMAGERY

AS HUMANS, WE ENJOY and utilize all five of our senses as we make our way through the world. And all of these sensations are imprinted in our brains in the form of memory and learning.

If you recall a certain memory, you may be able to recollect not just the pictures but the sound, the smell, the feel, and the taste. For example, you might have a good memory of a time when the family gathered at Grandma’s house for Thanksgiving when you were a kid.
