Getting on Top of Our External Responses

Our number one concern at this stage, however, is to get on top of our external responses to those neural hijackings – in other words to attack the symptoms of our fear of failure. Whether this is anger, frustration, anxiety or depression, these are the external responses that generate many of the poor self-fulfilling results for the High-FF.

So if we can understand what we are feeling, and why, we may be able to start the process of creating better second responses and therefore begin to undermine those self-fulfilling behavioural changes.
