Microsoft Office Access 2007 is tightly integrated with Microsoft Office Outlook 2007. You can both collect and update data using Microsoft Office Outlook 2007. Using the new Data Collection feature, Microsoft Office Access 2007 can automatically create a Microsoft Office InfoPath 2007 or HTML form. It can then embed it in an email message. You can then send it to selected Outlook contacts or even to contacts stored in an Access database. When the recipient fills out the form and returns it, you can seamlessly store the resulting data in your Microsoft Office Access 2007 database.
