Consider How Your Boss Sees You
One of the best ways to determine what your boss really wants from you is to look at the relationship from the boss’s point of view. That’s right, in this section you’re going to study the relationship from her perspective. By analyzing yourself through her eyes, you complete the cycle of assessment that started with a study of her motives. This isn’t an easy task, by the way; you’ll need to look objectively at your skills, experience, and attitude. You’ll have to put away your ego or biases to build an impartial view of how she really sees you.
