PERFORMING IN NEW SITUATIONS

In this chapter we will examine how we function in new situations, and learn how to improve our ability to:

• Do new things in front of people we don’t know.

• Feel and be more comfortable and confident performing when we’re new.

• Overcome performance anxiety.
