LOOKING TO THE FUTURE

Millennials will age, just like the rest of us. Along with that aging process come different life stages and a shift in concerns that will continue to affect Millennials’ choices and the organizations that employ them for about the next 40 years.

We can’t predict the future. However, we can look at current research and the past experiences of other generations to suggest what organizations should be thinking about and planning for with regard to Millennials in the future. Our conclusions and recommendations are based on a combination of human patterns of behavior that have been well established by research and what we know about the trends in society now.
