6. Content Delivery

Content Delivery is the execution phase of training. Delivery requires systematic organization of all the elements of facilitation. It is how content gets conveyed, or distributed, or even accessed. It’s how content is made available. It is where all other practices associated with training design and development come to fruition. It is game time, when the show goes on. It is where all other training processes culminate, and the learner is engaged. Making sure you have great practices for delivery requires a focus on process execution—not just instruction. It’s about making sure all aspects of the learning experience are addressed and orchestrated in a way that it meets design requirements.
