6.6. SUMMARY
As you can tell from just a quick scan through this chapter, Six Sigma is rich with tools that help people make better decisions, solve problems, and manage change. But beware of assuming that Six Sigma and the tools are one and the same. Using too many tools, making them too complicated, or demanding they be used when they aren't helpful can undermine the goals of Six Sigma just as easily as not using tools. We'll wrap up with these tips for Six Sigma tool users:
Use only the tools that help you get the job done
