A STAFFING QUESTION

One minute, I know exactly what I’m going to do and when I’m going to do it—I have a crystal-clear agenda, a strict work plan, laserlike focus, data to collect, clocks ticking.

And the next minute, I don’t. No plan, no agenda, no focus. Instead, I’m waiting. Waiting to find out what’s next. Waiting to find out if anyone is interested in working with me again. Just waiting. And sending out my belated thank-yous for my interviews. I even sent a thank-you to Darla for her support.

I’m on the beach. Between studies. Unstaffed. At loose ends.
