A few years ago some of us were lucky enough to spend the day with several hundred Ohio University students as part of their Sales Centre, a two-year program of study offering a certification in sales. OU students can earn this certificate along with a bachelor’s degree regardless of their major. We shared eight hours with Jeffrey Gitomer for a day of networking and development in sales techniques and principles and believe without reservation that those students were the most composed and articulate young adults we’ve met before or since.
