Instructions: Develop your list of “Daily Questions” to use with your peer coach. Following is a sample set to start your thinking. Ask your peer coach to write his questions (teach him the process) and schedule your first calls. Don’t feel you have to fill in every blank. Pick the questions that matter to you.
Scheduling: Questions must be answered with yes, no, a number, or a name. No negative feedback or discussion. Should be conducted in regular, scheduled intervals.
