D.3. Run the JNDI sample

1.	Start administrative server.
2.	Start the Default Server, make sure that default_app is started.
3.	Start a browser and access the following URI: http://<Valid_default_host_Alias>/ldap/LdapLogin.html (Where Valid_default_host_Alias is any valid alias for the default host.) If you have no user ID and password, input your information on the bottom of the page, then click Submit to register. If you have a user ID and password, input them on the top of the page, then click Submit to log in. If you log in successfully, you may get a page to input your last name to retrieve the information. Input it, then click Submit.
