The wsadmin tool

wsadmin acts as an interface to WebSphere Java objects for access by scripts. Internally, WAS employs special Java objects to communicate with internal MBeans (JMX management objects). WebSphere utilizes the JMX API to create MBeans that are exposed as an API of internal WebSphere objects, which wsadmin can utilize to configure WebSphere.
